Profile of Dr Madhu Gopalakrishnan

Dr Madhu Gopalakrishnan completed his MBBS, Basic physicians training (MD medicine) and sub specialization in Cardiology (DM cardiology) in India. During his Cardiology training he was awarded the first prize for best paper award in primetime presentations at the national conference of CSI (Cardiological Society of India) in 2013. He moved on to Bahrain in 2014 and later to Dubai in 2015 where he worked as specialist cardiologist for two and half years where he was managing both in-patients and out-patients.

Dr Madhu moved to Australia in 2017 and joined Alfred Hospital (Melbourne) for an Honorary fellowship in Cardiac Imaging. He completed his peer review in Cardiology at Mulgrave Private Hospital and Bankstown Public hospital as an interventional cardiology fellow and was awarded FRACP in 2018.
