Heartscope Specialist Group is seeking to urgently hiring a FULL TIME Medical Receptionist who possesses a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and respond to change to work in our busy practice. Your proven medical reception experience, strong patient focus and responsible outlook are essential for this professional, fast paced environment.

Day to day your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Handling phone calls, booking and confirming appointments

• Meet and greet of patients – invoicing patients and taking payments

• Entering patient data into clinical software package

To be successful in this role you will need to possess:

• Full Time working availability

• Previous experience in medical reception is advantageous

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook

• Excellent oral, written, communication & typing skills

• Able to handle a high pressure environment

• Professional, warm and friendly disposition

• The ability to communicate with patients from all types of backgrounds

• Excellent attention to detail

• A high standard of work ethic – self-motivated, pro-active, takes pride in work

• Able to work well independently, but also as part of a team

• A current driver’s license is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
