Coronary Angiogram In-Hospital

Coronary angiography is an invasive procedure that uses x-ray imaging to accurately analyse the blood vessels of the heart to determine whether the coronary arteries are blocked.



Cardiologist Consultation

A cardiologist consultation will involve the doctor evaluating the patient’s past medical history and performing a series of tests to assess the risk of developing heart diseases.





Stress Echocardiogram

Stress Echocardiogram is a non-invasive method which combines the use of a treadmill to detect heart disease which otherwise may not be apparent without exercise.





Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram

A dobutamine (stress) echo combines a normal echo with a drug (dobutamine) which has similar effects to stress echocardiography which is an alternate way of stressing the heart for people who are unable to exercise on a treadmill.

Echocardiogram (TTE)

Echocardiogram, often referred to cardiac echo or simply an echo is a non-invasive test that uses sound waves to produce a moving image of the heart. This test can indicate heart chamber or valve abnormalities.


24 Hour ECG Holter Monitor

A 24 Hour ECG Holter Monitor measures the electrical activity of the heart over 24 hours using a lightweight monitor attached to a belt. The monitor has 4/5 leads that are applied to the chest. This will not affect daily activities.


24 Hour BP Monitor

A 24 Hour BP Monitor involves wearing a device that measures blood pressure at regular intervals. It will your blood pressure for 24 hours as you go about doing your daily routine and when asleep.



ECG

An electrocardiogram is a simple test that records the electrical rhythm of the heart and measures the electrical pulses that trigger the heartbeat. It is used to detect and reveal abnormalities in the heart.



CT Coronary Angiogram

A CT Coronary Angiogram is an invasive test analyses the blood vessels. It involves a contrast injection through a vein in the arm. It is quicker, has less potential complications than a conventional coronary angiogram.

Transoesophageal Echo (TOE)

Transoesophageal Echocardiogram (TOE) is an ultrasonic diagnostic test performed under light sedation in a hospital by a cardiologist. A transducer is passed into your oesophagus to create a clear image of the heart muscle and other parts of the heart.

Sleep and Respiratory

Lung Function Test

Test is a Spirometry Test involving breathing into a mouthpiece, which is connected to a machine via some tubing. The patient will be required to breathe in and out as deeply as possible, and then as fast and as forcefully as possible.



CPAP Therapy

CPAP Therapy involves a unit that uses an air hose and a mask to deliver constant air pressure to the patient’s upper airway to keep their airway open. CPAP Therapy is a common treatment for obstructive sleep apnoea.





Sleep and Respiratory Consultation

A Sleep and Respiratory consultation will involve the doctor evaluating the patient’s past medical history and performing a series of tests to diagnose conditions affecting the respiratory system.


Home Based Sleep Study

The patient will be required to visit the clinic on the night of your home-based study, where they will be fitted with the home-based Sleep Study unit. It will monitor breathing, brain activity, heart rate and body movements using several simple sensors applied on the skin.

A Sleep and Respiratory consultation will involve the doctor evaluating the patient’s past medical history and performing a series of tests to diagnose conditions affecting the respiratory system.

Endocrinologist Consultation

An Endocrinologist Consulation will involve the doctor completing a series of tests including a head-to-toe exam and blood and urine tests. They will also evaluate the patient's medical history in order to identify any conditions that affect the endocrine system.

Urologist Consultation

A Urologist Consulation will usually involve a brief conversation about the patient's medical history. They will perform a complete review of the body's vital systems in order to diagnose conditions that affect the genitourinary system.
