BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
How do I prepare?

Making an appointment
Call 1800 202 111 or make a booking to schedule an appointment that suits you. We accept all referrals (including those from other heart test providers) from GPs and specialists.

Arrival time
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms before your appointment.

What to bring
Please bring the following with you to your appointment:
Medicare card
Referral letter
List of medications, or your actual medications
Any relevant documents (e.g. hospital discharge papers)

Appointment reminders
A reminder call or message will be made the day before your appointment with all the essential information you need.

Cancelling an appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged. If you booked it online, you may do so via the Review Appointments button here.

Test results
Results are sent to your referring doctor promptly. Echo and Stress Echo reports are delivered electronically within 24 to 48 hours.
